We are looking for a caring, patient, and reliable carer to support our son, Artie.

Artie is a strong-minded, curious 4-year-old who loves the outdoors, books, boxes, water play, baking, and trains. He was born with a genetic neuro-developmental disorder and has global developmental delay. He is non-verbal, has cortical vision impairment (CVI), and low muscle tone, so he benefits from some additional support. Experience with children with additional needs is welcome but not essential—finding the right person who genuinely connects with Artie is most important to us.

Artie will be starting at a special school in Balwyn next year to support his communication needs. He has been wonderfully integrated into his mainstream kinder and childcare over the past four years, and we’re looking to ensure a smooth, positive transition.

What we’re hoping for -
We’re looking for someone who can assist with:
- Morning routines
- School drop-offs and pick-ups
- After-school support, including help with his therapy programs, until we are home from work around 6pm
- Light meal preparation and light housework
- Additional support during school holidays

Artie has a little sister, Mira (17 months), who will be in childcare during the week.

We are full-time working parents, and with our first child starting school, we’re hoping to find the right person to become a consistent, supportive presence in our family routine.

I am currently looking for a caring, energetic, and reliable nanny/babysitter to look after my two young children (2.5 and 4.5 year old) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the following dates:
School holidays : 17 dec to 26 jan 2026 .

Our two children are nearly six and eight years old. After many years with us, our current wonderful nanny is moving on. We are looking for a long-term nanny to become a new part of our family and help provide stability and security.

We need:

- Afternoons, 2-7pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Mum and Dad arrive home just before 7pm)
- School pick-up (10 min drive, booster seats provided)
- Dinner preparation (reheat or simple preps), tidying, dishes
- Supervision of music practice and homework
- Extended hours are available for a household manager to support with other house cleaning, laundry and grocery shopping


Our kids are energetic and bright, and love reading, crafting, puzzles and games. Our family enjoys learning about languages, cultures and the natural world. We do not use screen-time during the week and have a gentle parenting style (or so others tell us!). We use structure and routine to help the rhythm and flow of our family in a light-hearted way and we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

Our ideal nanny has high emotional intelligence, is calm, patient, caring and understanding with children, particularly during times of high emotions. They value children’s voices and opinions and can support them with co-regulation when needed. They see themselves as more than a babysitter, take pride in their important position in the lives of children and have open communication with parents. Certificate III or higher in childcare would be desirable.

We look forward to embracing our new nanny, with their own style and the unique qualities they will bring in to our family.

Jack (eight Y.O. going into year two) and Angus (six Y.O. going into prep) are looking for someone to help them get to and from Glenferrie Primary School (a 15 minute walk or 5 - 10 minute drive) three days a week, we can be broadly flexible on days and start/finish times. Both boys are well behaved with an obsession for Minecraft, Pokemon and Beyblades... We're looking for someone that can also help out their two busy parents with occasional shopping, dog walking (Spud, a miniature schnauzer), some easy meal prep for the boys, swimming lessons one night a week and helping to keep the house reasonably clean and tidy.

We are looking for a warm, reliable nanny or experienced babysitter to care for our 17-month-old daughter one afternoon/evening each week (day negotiable).

She is a happy, curious toddler who is still breastfed and usually feeds to sleep with me. However, she does settle beautifully with our current nanny, who rocks her to sleep and transfers her to bed without issues. We will be keeping our current nanny, we are simply looking for a second person who is comfortable with a gentle, responsive approach to toddler sleep with evening availability .

Start Date - 19 January 2026
Rate - $35 - $40 per hour depending on experience

We are looking for a Nanny 3 days a week. Our 2 boys (5 and 4) attend primary school and sessional kinder respectively, whilst our daughter (1 years old) is home full time. Starting mid January, we would be looking for a Nanny Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8am to 6pm with some flexibility around start and end time possible. With the end of parental leave both parents will be working on these days and office based. As such we envision needing Nanny support for a number of years and so there is the prospect of a long term role.
The role would include
- Responsibility for our 1 year old daughter and on non kinder days our 4 year old
- Drop off and pick up of our two older boys from primary school and kinder. Both are within a 5-7 minute walk of our house
- Providing some support with household tasks such as washing, general tidying and meal preparation/dinners for the children
- If needed a car available with child seats for use during working hours.
- Being comfortable being in a house with very friendly dogs.

Hi!! We are a family of 4 living in Canterbury. Our kids are 5, girl and 3, boy. We are two working professionals and looking for someone with childcare experience, including children aged 3-5 years, who can provide responsive and fun care for our kids. Domestic duties would be minimal, mainly relating to serving kids food and clean up after food and play.

Our needs:
SHORT TERM
Our daughter is starting prep in late January and we are looking for care for both children from 12-25 January 2026 on week-days. There can be flexibility with start times as I generally work in the afternoons.
After this period, we need care every Wednesday mainly for our daughter from 4 February to 4 March (inclusive).

LONG TERM
In the long- term we would be potentially looking at regular Fridays (daytime), after school pick-ups on Mondays and Wednesday and periodic evenings if you were interested.

We are looking for a confident, caring, creative and reliable nanny to look after our two boys aged 3 and 4 on Tuesdays (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Fridays (8:30 am to 4:00 pm).

This is a part-time nanny role caring for two young children during the business day. It would ideally suit an experienced nanny whose current family’s circumstances are changing next year and who is looking for their next ongoing position.

We have had a wonderful experience with our current nanny over the past year, and as she begins a placement for her Early Childhood Education studies next year, she will only be available one day a week. We are looking for someone to join our family and care for the boys across both days on an ongoing basis. We would love to find someone who is looking for a long-term role throughout 2026.

The boys attend kindergarten on the other days, so these two days are focused on park adventures, exploring, kicking the football and having fun. They love playgrounds, the library, picnics and little outings, and we are hoping to find someone who enjoys planning engaging days with them.

Both parents work from home. We also have a Groodle, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

Ideally, you will:
• Have experience caring for preschool-aged children

We are a family who have always had wonderful Nannies help us. Our current nanny just landed an internship in Sydney starting at the end of this month so finishes up with us next week. We are looking for someone who is available M, T, W, T & F 3:15pm-6:30pm (we can be flexible on Fridays). Our boys are 7 &9 and have a busy sports schedule after school. The role involves picking them up from school, getting them to afternoon sport, then getting them home for showers and cooking their dinner. We are looking for a nanny for our 10 month old daughter, 1 day per week (flexible over what day).

Based in Hawthorn, the role requires a full day of coordinating play, meals and naps, based on Lily’s schedule. I will provide all her meals, but basic house work is expected (tidying, washing, cleaning up).

We are hoping for someone who has experience with babies of this age. She is very playful and always on the move, crawling and walking across the furniture. She loves music, dancing, walks in the pram and watching the kids play on the playground.

There is potential to move to 2 days per week in 2026.
