Looking for a happy, reliable, caring person to become a trusted part of our routine on a long-term basis. The main job is a simple one: on Tuesday and Sunday evenings, collect the kids (14, 9 and 7) from our home in South Yarra at 6pm sharp and drive them to their mum's place on St Kilda Road for 6:30pm. About an hour all up including your return. Some weeks it's one evening, some weeks both. You'd pop in briefly, gather the troops and go. Same person every time - the kids need to know and trust you, so we'd have you over to meet them once or twice first.

If you'd like more hours, I'd love a hand with light housekeeping and/or ironing on a weekday - entirely by arrangement.

Over January there'll be a few Sunday evenings where the kids are holidaying on the Mornington Peninsula (Portsea) - a short local run at 6:30pm, with your travel paid. If you're down that way over summer, even better.

I'm looking for 1-2 nannies in or near SOUTH YARRA to take my twin infants to childcare 4 days weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). In the morning, it's quite easy - you change their nappy from the night, give them a formula bottle, and take them to childcare, which is 5 minutes away, between 7-8am in the morning, so it can take about 30-40 minutes total.
In the evening, you pick them up from childcare at 6pm, then feed (solid food)/wash/change them before going to bed at 8pm, so 2 hours total (6-8pm)
In addition, each nanny does 1 day on the weekend, for example, Saturday Or Sunday from 12-5pm (or 1-6pm).
Ideally, you should have experience caring for infants; be friendly, warm, and nurturing; understand infants' needs; have good command of English; and perform light duties, such as kids' laundry, food prep, cleaning after them.

This would be about 2 weeks per month as my husband works away from home 50 percent of the time, so care would only be required when he is away.
We also have a dog and cat, so you will need to be happy with pets although you won’t be responsible for them.
The timings are:
Monday: pick up 3:15, Jiu jitsu 4-4:45, home for drop off
Tuesday: pick up anytime between 4 and 5pm (flexible), home and care until 5:30
Wednesday: as per Monday.

We are a family in Elsternwick with a 3-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter looking for a self-motivated helper to take the mental load off us. We need someone who notices what needs doing and handles tidying and meal prep independently without step-by-step instructions.

*Meal Prep:Independently plan, organise ingredients for, and cook at least 1 family meal per week.
* Occasional Babysitting:~1 session/month. Our son is slow to warm up to new people, so we want to start building a gentle relationship now so he feels comfortable with you before kinder pickups start next year. Must be comfortable managing both baby and toddler routines.

6 hours/week (Wednesdays & Fridays, 3:00–6:00 pm)
Schedule (Wed & Fri)
3:00–4:00 pm: family dinner prep + clean kitchen
4:00 pm: Kindergarten pickup for our 3-year-old
4:00–6:00 pm: Bring him home, engage/play, and complete family dinner prep
