Experienced Infant Nanny Wanted | Part-Time | Inner South-East Melbourne 👶🏼

We are a warm and welcoming family looking for an experienced, nurturing and reliable nanny to help care for our beautiful 2-month-old baby boy.

We are ideally looking for someone who has extensive experience with newborns and young infants, is confident with baby care and enjoys becoming a trusted part of a family’s support network.

The role:

3–6 hours per shift

2–3 afternoons/evenings per week

Ongoing part-time position

* Inner South-East Melbourne

* Flexibility around days/times is appreciated

Responsibilities include:

* Providing attentive, nurturing care for our baby

* Bottle feeding, winding and settling

* Nappy changes and general infant care

* Following and supporting our baby's feeding and sleep routine

* Preparing and sterilising bottles

* Baby laundry and keeping baby areas tidy

* Taking baby for walks and age-appropriate activities

* Light household assistance, including tasks relating to the baby.

* Helping with other reasonable duties expected of an experienced nanny

We are looking for someone who is:

* Experienced and confident caring for newborns/young infants

* Warm, gentle, patient and attentive

* Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious

* Proactive and comfortable working independently

* Respectful of family routines and preferences

* Looking for a consistent, ongoing position

Essential requirements:

* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)

* Current whooping cough (pertussis) vaccination

* Current influenza vaccination

* Relevant nanny/childcare experience with infants ****

* References available
