Hi, babysitters! I am looking for someone to work with our family on a weekly, part-time basis from Monday through Thursday afternoons/evenings at our home in South Yarra, near Hawksburn village. One-off babysitting help on the weekend would also be great as well, if you're open to it, if we have something on occasionally in the evenings. My husband and I both work during the week, usually with at least one of us working from home, and we're seeking some assistance with entertaining the kids when they get home from school with activities like drawing, reading, doing puzzles, cooking/preparing dinner, kicking a ball in the backyard, playing at one of the nearby playgrounds... really anything except sitting them in front of the TV! The kids usually eat dinner around 6pm, so when they sit down to eat we'd appreciate your help getting their bath ready and then cleaning up dinner once they're done (we will give them their bath and put them to bed). Very rarely would you be alone with the children, so we're happy to help as needed while we finish up work. We have three children: a 6 year old boy, 4 year old girl and 2 year old boy. All three are at school/kinder during the day and finish up at different times in the afternoon, so during the afternoons you'd spend with us it would range from looking after 0 kids (when we're picking them up, and would appreciate your help with housework like tidying their bedrooms, folding laundry, preparing dinner, etc), to 1 kid, 2 kids or 3 kids max (for about an hour or so when they're all back from school). The total weekly hours that we need are around 13, across the following schedule: Monday: 4pm-7pm Tuesday: 4pm-7pm Wednesday: 3pm-7pm Thursday: 4pm-7pm It would be great if this could be completed by one babysitter, but we are also open to splitting it across two people on different days if that aligns better with the schedules for the right person. Ideally, the right person for our family will be someone who is kind, warm and caring. Our kids are pretty easy going but of course, try to push the limits! We'd appreciate someone who is creative and can engage them in creative pursuits - they love everything with paint, play-doh, and anything tactile! Any other questions - don't hesitate to reach out! Looking for a lovely human to care for my 4.5month old daughter on Mondays 3-9:30pm, Tuesdays 2:45pm-10:30pm and Saturdays 10:15-6:30pm during the school term. Possible Wednesday afternoon for two hours but still working that out. Some Sunday work if you're willing and some school holiday hours possible too, tho not essential to employment. Ideally would love one person for all days but open to job sharing if that's not possible. Looking to use the 'in home care' program so I can use my child care subsidy so candidate needs Early Childhood Education Qualifications (min cert 3) or be enrolled studying towards it. This is a non negotiable so if you do not have that unfortunately I cannot hire you. Candidate must have WWCC, police check and first aid training. Experience with babies a plus. Pay variable pending on experience and qualifications. My beautiful 4.5month old girl is very chilled and happy. She loves having a chat, singing songs/music, walks in nature, reading books and being with people. She is an excellent night sleeper so evenings would be fairly relaxed for you. I am an ex performer turned dance teacher. I love to travel, art, theatre, spend time at the beach and in nature. I'm easy going and whilst my hours are fairly fixed, I have a great village that I can ask for help when needed so I am happy to work with you as best I can.
