We are a busy professional family based in Kooyong looking for a caring, reliable and energetic nanny to help with our three lovely children — 9-year-old twin boys and a 3-year-old girl.

Our much-loved long-term nanny is sadly moving on after finishing university and starting her career in her chosen field, so we are looking for someone new to become part of our family.

The role will primarily involve:

* School and kinder drop-offs and pick-ups
* Caring for our 3-year-old on Wednesdays
* Taking children to after-school activities
* Helping keep the day running smoothly

Regular hours required:

* Tuesdays & Thursdays: school/kinder drop-offs and pick-ups
* Wednesdays: full day

We live in Kooyong, with school in Hawthorn and kinder in Armadale — all within a small radius (under 3km). While driving distances are minimal, a driver’s licence is essential.

We would highly value someone with flexibility for:

* Longer hours during school holidays
* The occasional Monday

We are open-minded about how the role could work and would happily consider:

* Splitting the role across multiple people
* Different employment arrangements
* Expanding the position into a broader home manager role for the right person

Pay is $35–40 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and responsibilities.

I am currently on leave, so the role is not urgently needing to be filled, and we can be flexible with a start date from July onwards for the right person.

Loking for a part time regular nanny to help with our 3 kids (7, 4, 2). We'd love to engage someone who can be with the kids regularly and hopefully for a while for continuity.

At this stage, I'm looking for regular afternoon/evening work on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, ideally some groceries/food prep and potentially some light household chores. Then kinder/school pick up and activities, and some play before dinner!

We're looking for a nanny to help our family, starting Monday 27th July, with capacity to work up to 3 days a week from Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends, in Toorak.

We have 4 children aged 7 (boy), 5 (boy), and 3 year old twins (boy and girl). The older boys go to school Monday-Friday, and the twins go to kinder on Tuesdays and Fridays. The job would involve preparing breakfast, school and kinder drop offs/pick ups, dinner prep, homework/reading support, bath time, dinner and bed. On the days the twins aren’t at kinder, we would need you to look after them during the day.

I am a midwife doing shift work roughly 3 days a week, with a roster changing weekly. We need someone who is flexible to fit in with that.

We need someone who has their license and is comfortable driving a family van (with reverse camera!), doesn't live too far away, can help with some light housework (laundry, tidying), and who can cook simple children's meals (cereal/toast, pasta).

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.

We are a family about to become 5 and are looking for someone to help with after school/kinder pick up and help through dinner/bath time. Our two children are 3.5 and 6 years old and we will welcome our newborn in mid-August. Looking for someone available roughly 3pm until 6.30pm two afternoons a week (preferably Mon and Thurs, but somewhat flexible). Newborn experience not necessary as Mum will be looking after the baby. I am looking for someone short term (22 July- 28 August) to collect children from 1 school (5 minute drive) bring them home and look after them until we return from work at 5:30/6pm. (The lady who has been helping me for many years is going overseas during this time.) my eldest is 16 years old (she is very independent), I have a 13 year old son who catches train (independent) and it’s the 2 younger girls (10 and 7) who need to be collected from school and supervised.
Basic meal prep and house keeping duties also required (laundry)

Tuesday Wednesday Thursday happy for you to start 2-6pm or 3-5:30). If you can just work one or 2 of these days this is ok too.

I need a family assistant — someone experienced, reliable and a driver — to come to our home from 7–10am on weekdays when I have my kids (we run on an 8/6 custody rotation so it's not every week).

The role is pretty simple: help get the kids out the door with lunches packed and uniforms sorted, tidy up once they've left, and handle things like grocery runs and keeping the house stocked. Job would be coming to our place, either some light tidying or making the evening meal (simple meal with ingredients provided) from 3-4pm, then pick up of both boys from daycare and kinder (2 different locations, one a block away, one 15mins drive), bringing them home, playing with them and giving them some dinner just before myself or my husband would arrive back from work (by 6pm).

9 Month Maternity Leave Cover!

I’m looking for someone to cover myself while I’m on maternity leave. End of August 2026 - June 2027. This role is less nannying and more of a household assistant role.

Jack is a gorgeous 15 year old, you’ll mainly need to be his chauffeur to school and appointments, along with getting up for school, lunch boxes and organising any school requirements.

The household has cleaners once a week but needs help on daily household duties, cleaning up after meals, washing and ironing, general tidy up, going to dry cleaners and chemist, doing grocery shopping and meal preparation.

Looking for someone experienced with household duties, can cook and with good management skills. 3-4 days a week, 6.30am-2.30pm.

Hi There, we're parents (Nikki & Tom) to a 9m old girl and a 4y old boy. I (Nikki) will be heading back to work from the 3rd August so we're looking for a Nanny that can start asap looking after our 9m old baby girl (very sweet, easy and happy) Monday to Thursday and then Fridays as well from November. Starting from around 9am until around 5pm.

We'd love the right candidate to be able to start earlier (June/ July, 10am - 4pm) so we can all be in a good routine with me being still available at home before I transition to back to full time work.
