He goes to Sessional Kinder on these days and is back home by 2.30 PM. Me and my husband both work Full time and work from home most of the days alternatively and hence we are finding it very hard to manage him. He ends up watching TV during this time which we do not want. We would like someone who is very engaging, Talkative and play with him, do some activities and sports in the backyard for example.

He loves any movement-based activities to keep him entertained and regulated. So you need to be fit! He is also very quick so needs to be shadowed constantly. The right person will be someone who doesn’t mind being on their feet all the time - as my boy runs around constantly and requires long walks in the pram each day.
