Looking for a happy, reliable, caring person to become a trusted part of our routine on a long-term basis. The main job is a simple one: on Tuesday and Sunday evenings, collect the kids (14, 9 and 7) from our home in South Yarra at 6pm sharp and drive them to their mum's place on St Kilda Road for 6:30pm. About an hour all up including your return. Some weeks it's one evening, some weeks both. You'd pop in briefly, gather the troops and go. Same person every time - the kids need to know and trust you, so we'd have you over to meet them once or twice first.

I'm looking for 1-2 nannies in or near SOUTH YARRA to take my twin infants to childcare 4 days weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). In the morning, it's quite easy - you change their nappy from the night, give them a formula bottle, and take them to childcare, which is 5 minutes away, between 7-8am in the morning, so it can take about 30-40 minutes total.
In the evening, you pick them up from childcare at 6pm, then feed (solid food)/wash/change them before going to bed at 8pm, so 2 hours total (6-8pm)
In addition, each nanny does 1 day on the weekend, for example, Saturday Or Sunday from 12-5pm (or 1-6pm).
Ideally, you should have experience caring for infants; be friendly, warm, and nurturing; understand infants' needs; have good command of English; and perform light duties, such as kids' laundry, food prep, cleaning after them.

Nanny / Mother’s Helper Wanted – Albert Park 2027

We are a warm and busy family in Albert Park looking for an experienced nanny/mother’s helper to join us from late January/ February 2027.
This role would suit someone who is finishing with their current family at the end of the year and is looking for a long-term position with a caring household.

We’re starting our hunt early knowing we want to take our time in finding the right fit for our family, so seeking some expressions of interest.

We will have 3 children, who at the time will be:
• Boy, 3 years (attending a mix of daycare and kindergarten)
• Girl, 18 months (attending daycare 2 days per week)
• Baby girl, 3 months

We are looking for someone caring, proactive, calm, and confident with newborns and young children. Mum works from home part-time, attends appointments, and runs errands, so the role will be a mix of hands-on childcare and helping keep the household running smoothly.
Role Includes:
• Caring for 1–2 children at a time for most shifts
• Minimal times when caring for all 3 children together
• Newborn feeding, settling, and nap routines
• Engaging play and age-appropriate activities
• Light household duties including:
◦ Folding washing
◦ Keeping living areas tidy
◦ Kids meal prep
◦ Occasional family meal preparation
◦ Bonus if you enjoy baking!
Hours:
• 3 shifts per week (4 hours)
• Monday (8.30-12.30), Thursday (8.30-12.30), Friday (10-2)
• Times may slightly vary as kinder and nap schedules evolve
• Opportunity for additional evening and weekend hours if desired

Pay & Requirements:
• Pay dependent on experience
• Payment via nanny payroll app (open to discussion)
• Childcare, nursing, or midwifery background highly regarded
• Must be experienced and confident caring for newborns
• All relevant checks required and must be provided (including Working With Children Check, Police Check, references, etc.)

We’d love someone who is organised, reliable, warm, and comfortable around dogs — we have a friendly family dog!

We’re a fun and loving, busy family looking for a kind, reliable and organised person to help care for our dear Henry and to help us keep our household running smoothly.
Pickups from the local Primary school on Mon/Tues/Fri. Also helping Henry attend after school activties and an extended evening once a fortnight for a date night.
Henry is warm, witty, fun and clever with a strong mind.
After school care includes dinner and bedtime routines. Some meal prep for us adults is appreciated. Light laundry duties like folding.
School holidays we can offer more hours/ alternate hours.
We would love to meet someone who is happy to pitch in wherever needed — from childcare to errands to tidying up. Friendly and approachable, with a calm and positive attitude. Confident working independently, but also enjoys being part of family life.

We are looking for a kind, caring person to join our family next year!

Our beautiful nanny of two years is graduating and moving rural, so we will sadly be farewelling her at the end of year and looking for someone to help us care for the girls. We have 3 daughters who are aged 2, 4 and 6.

Requirements:
- One full day with our 2 yr old per week
- + 4 hours house work per week
- School/kinder drop-offs and pickup
- Occasional evening babysitting.
- A confident driver
- Good at house organising, tidying, sorting toys, Tupperware etc, cooking, laundry - someone to help us keep on top of things.
- Caring, patient and fun with the children
- Reliable.
- We still need to iron out what the hours will look like as two of the girls are starting at new childcare/kinders and it may take a bit of getting used to.
- someone who lives nearby would be a bonus as the drop-offs/pickups may well be shorter hours. We live in East Hawthorn.

Must be alright with dogs as we have a family dog.
