I am looking for a reliable and warm carer to help with my 9 year old son. He has autism but is high functioning. He is a beautiful sweet natured little boy and is in grade 3. My son is friendly and loves people and loves playing with trains, Harry Potter, titanic, boats and building lego.

My son finds attending Oosh (before and after school care at his school) overwhelming. Therefore I have received funding for someone to come Mon 730 to 9 am and 330 to 6pm. Must drive and have own car as it would involve taking him to and from school. Given he is eligible for funding the person must have an early child care qualification eg cert 3 in early childcare or currently studying it. Competitive hourly rate

What the role involves
* School drop off and pick up (will compensate for petrol)
* My son is fairly independent with getting ready and will be ready for school by the time the person arrives at 7:30 am. I usually have lunches packed but on the odd occassion it may involve finishing lunch off.
* Playing with him in the morning
* After school helping with homework
* Reminding him to have a shower (he can shower himself)

Essential criteria

* Studying or qualifications in early child care

Desirable criteria
* Previous experience with autistic children or a willingness to learn more about how to support autistic children

Jobs:
The idea is to help with the afternoon and evening shift: come around in the afternoon and assist with some housework (see below), walk the dog, then bring our son home from childcare, prepare dinner, some playtime with our son and put him to bed.

The housework component will depend on what needs to be done on day and can include:

Timing:

- 3pm - 9pm. Generally, the bedtime routine finishes at 9pm, so we’re after someone who can typically help at that time, however we’re open to discussing starting and finishing times.

We are looking for a experienced full time nanny to care for our two daughters Lily (age 4) and Harper (age 3).

We have a gorgeous neurodivergent boy (autistic/ADHD/Intellectual Disability) who is 7 and developmentally around 2 years old. He is nonspeaking, very active, and has a lovely happy temperament. He loves any movement-based activities to keep him entertained and regulated. So you need to be fit! He is also very quick so needs to be shadowed constantly. The right person will be someone who doesn’t mind being on their feet all the time - as my boy runs around constantly and requires long walks in the pram each day.
We are looking for someone who is available Mondays & Wednesdays after school (3-7pm) and who might be able to pick up either Saturday or Sunday from October. The role involves picking my son up from school, feeding, supervising and playing with him at home, taking him out to the park, nappy changes, and bath time. I’m after someone to help pick up my 6 year old daughter from school and take her to some after school activities. We’re in Brighton / Elwood area.

A reliable car is a must have as you'll need to take her to gymnastics class. My daughter is hypoglycaemic so prefer someone with a nursing background or studying to be a nurse to administer Blood glucose level checks (finger pricks) or someone with first aid certificate is a must. She is quite active and will need someone who does lots of arts and crafts, dancing and sports eg gymnastics

You will also be expected to do some light housework (usually to just tidy up after her, laundry folding) and cook her dinner and maker her snacks.
