Our family also has a dog who needs indoor access. She is very gentle, and our baby adores her, no care of the dog is required by you, but if you are not comfortable around animals this is sadly not the job for you.

Days and times flexible. Initially I’m looking for once or twice a fortnight, no more than a 3-hour stretch. This could increase to slightly more if mutually desired.
If you have uni or other commitments, this will be a good fit as I can be flexible with times and the shorter work hours should fit in around your uni schedule.
Babysitting will be at our home or very close by (in the local park, for example) usually while I am home getting a bit of work (or housework!) done.
It’s essential that you have experience with children aged 4 and under. Does not have to be formal experience eg childcare centre, a bit of experience with very young children in any context is ok.
If you have a psychology and/or education background that would be fantastic, but a strong, intuitive understanding of children, attachment and development is just as good.
