Hours are Tuesdays 3.30–6.30pm and Thursdays 4.30–7.00pm. The role is primarily as an extra pair of hands while I’m home with the children, helping with laundry, tidying, light meal preparation and dinner clean-up. We’d also love someone who enjoys playing with energetic, imaginative kids.

We are seeking a long-term nanny who may be interested in additional hours and occasional babysitting from 2027. WWCC, experience and references required.

Pay $35-$40 per hour based on experience.

Pay and employment conditions
Level 3 $36.90 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator)
Level 4 $39.38 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator with 4 years professional experience)
Level 5 $41.55 per hour (Diploma or higher qualified educator)
Higher rates apply after 6:30pm and on weekends
12% superannuation paid on top
WorkCover and public liability insurance included
PAYG employment through VPM (not contractor work)

This position is for a qualified early childhood educator, not a nanny role. Educators work within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and provide intentional, developmentally appropriate education and care in line with ACECQA and Department of Education requirements.
The focus is on building a secure relationship with the child, supporting routines, and offering meaningful learning experiences through play.

We are looking for a nanny to pick up kids from school in St Kilda East every week day from 2.45pm until around 6pm.

We are two related families with 2 boys each aged between 4 and 9. All 4 kids go to the same school.

Most days you would just be bringing home 2 boys at a time, but there might be 1-2 days per week you would be bringing all 4 boys home to one place and stay with them for maximum one hour until I came to pick mine up.

I have a seven year old son who requires school pick up at least two days per week. I would need someone to be available from 3 pm to 6.30 - 7 pm. During this time if you could help with his homework, play with him and prepare dinner for the family that would be amazing. I may ask for errands to be run and light cleaning. I’m looking for someone to cover myself while I’m on maternity leave. End of August 2026 - June 2027. This role is less nannying and more of a household assistant role.

Jack is a gorgeous 15 year old, you’ll mainly need to be his chauffeur to school and appointments, along with getting up for school, lunch boxes and organising any school requirements.

The job would involve morning drops off to school and kindergarten. School is a 5 min drive from our house and kindergarten is opposite where we live. This would be set Mondays and Wednesdays. In addition there would be 2x Tuesday mornings per month and 3x Thursday mornings per month.

Monday afternoon pick up is at 3pm from kindergarten and then to gymnastics.
Wednesday is 3pm pick up from kindergarten and to another activity.

Morning routine involve breakfast preparation, unsticking the dishwasher and hair doing. Bags and lunchboxes are packed the night before.
