Nanny Nest is a boutique Sydney nanny agency. We're recruiting for a family in Petersham (Inner West) who are looking for an experienced nanny to join them long-term. They have two daughters, aged 4 and 2.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm–7pm (18 hours a week)
Pay: $40–45 an hour, depending on experience
Start: As soon as possible

The role
• Play and activities with the girls
• Food prep and the girls' dinner
• The girls' laundry, and fresh sheets once a week
• Keeping their rooms, bathroom and toy room tidy
• A quick vacuum of the kitchen and dining area after dinner
• From January: walking the older girl home from preschool at 3pm, and packing lunchboxes on Mondays and Tuesdays

There's a cat at home.

You'll need
• 3+ years' professional nanny or childcare experience
• Driver's licence (your own car preferred)
• WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid & CPR (current, or willing to get)
• Two recent references we can call

Hi there! We are a family of four looking for an experienced, loving and reliable full time nanny in Annandale. At first, we are needing someone Mon-Wed with the position becoming full time in the new year. The role would predominately require you to look after our 7 m/o baby, however we would also need help with our three year old. Occasionally we would need help looking after both kids at once, but that would only be here and there. Responsibilities would include feeding, napping and engaging with developmentally appropriate play. Would love someone that could take them to the park and other activities. Position includes light housework (kids laundry, tidying, organising) and meal preparation and we would also love someone that could do extra tasks like grocery shopping and dinner preparation. After School/daycare pick up and possible casual babysitting

I am a solo mum of 2 boys. I am looking for someone to collect my eldest (7yr old) from school at 3pm and bring home for snack/play, then collect youngest (4yr old) from daycare or preschool. I am home by 6.30pm.

Prepare dinner for boys and some small household chores (bring in washing, put away dishes etc). no cleaning

Requirement for 2 days a week (Tue, Wed or Thur preferred). Location is Leichhardt. School and daycare in walking distance from house (preschool is walkable but car is better). Possible casual babysitting

My boys are ACTIVE so they need a run at the park, or games.

We're a small family of three living in Glebe with a 2 months old baby, looking for a caring, reliable babysitter or nanny to help 1–3 times per week. We just relocated to Sydney and both are working professionals. I need assistance with my newborn as my husband has frequent business travels.

Shifts (either / negotiable):

7:00–10:00 am, or
8:00 - 11:00 pm or overnight shift (12 am to 6 am)

About the role:

Caring for our newborn while one or both parents rest or attend to other tasks.
Feeding, changing, soothing, and settling the baby.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience caring for newborns.
Holds a NSW Working With Children Check.
Has current First Aid/CPR (preferred).
Is reliable, gentle, and comfortable with infants.
Can provide references.
