Growing up, I looked after all of my little cousins and family friends, and to this day, I love being around kids. I'm super fun and upbeat, and ill will likely be having more fun with the crafts than the kids. I'm happy to do pick-ups and drop-offs, any work around the house, and I would say I'm a pretty great cook!

Heyy my names Tom Lancaster! I’m from the UK, on a working holiday Visa and planning to stay for 3 years. Im a 22 year old male, who loves working with kids it’s my passion. I’ve been a activity instructor/group leader for just under 2 years now in the UK and Australia. Looking after up to 24 kids by myself and have enjoyed it so much! I love the way they look up to you and you literally see them gain so much confidence during the time I’m with them it’s amazing. I’m a very fun, enthusiastic, caring guy with a passion for embracing my inner child whilst looking after kids :). I find gaining there respect very easy as I treat them as a friend rather than a child, this makes it a lot easier when explaining rules they need to follow during activities and how they should behave. I’m looking to gain new skills as I’m looking at the possibility of teaching in the future and would love the opportunity to work with your family. :)) I have had two babysitting job so far so I can provide references. 1. A Jewish family with two kids ages boy aged 7 and girl aged 5 who had a background with domestic violence due to the mother abusing them and making them regress, for example making them wear diapers still. 2. A family with a 10 year old boy who has ADHD/Autism/PDA. This includes dealing with a lot of physical tantrums and panic attacks.

Hi future families, My names is Amber. I'm a highly motivated, adaptable fourth year primary teacher student, looking to work with a family throughout my final year of uni. I currently have another job working part-time at a primary school as a learning development coach helping neurodiverse students with their learning difficulties. I love exercise, being outdoors, cooking, and spending time with those I love most. In addition to supporting and helping kids develop and learn, I'm wanting to help the family with anything they need, whether that be cooking meals, shopping for food, cleaning the house. I have previously babysat a family of three ranging from ages between 2-7. Each day was different and involved dropping the kids off to daycare/school, picking them up, entertaining the kids throughout the day, cooking meals, doing basic household cleaning and cooking meals for the kids. As a university student I am looking a family that requires a dedicated, young, and enthusiastic person with a passion for continuous learning, development and guidance. I previously worked in accounts jobs in offices. However, when COVID 19 emerged I was having trouble getting work so I decided to study Childcare as I realize there is a need for childcare workers. I have worked at OAC Armadale as a permanent educator. However, now I am working in an office fulltime and looking at other options such as Casual work. I have 2 daughters aged 20 and 23. Whilst I was at OAC I tried to introduce children to fun learning experiences and always made sure they felt safe and secure inside and outside the room. I enjoyed making them feel safe and secure and introducing them to interesting learning activities.

Hi, I’m Aanya! I’m 21 years old and a very experienced babysitter who would love the opportunity to nanny for a family looking for someone like me :) I am a positive, enthusiastic and silly person, who finds caring for kids the most rewarding and enjoyable job in the world. I spent most of my teenage years babysitting, and have been working multiple part time nanny jobs the last 4 years post school, while also balancing a couple different tafe courses. I have a range of experience with different families, and have looked after kids between 7 months and 12 years old. I love to read, bake, and enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family as I grew up road tripping/camping all over the country. I’m an extroverted girly girl who loves dogs, shopping (lol), the beach and going for walks. I discovered my love for kids through childcare centre volunteer work as a teen, and in the last 4 years have worked both full time and part time jobs as a nanny for multiple families, gaining lots of experience. I have also completed half of my Cert III in early childhood, which has given me a bit of background in childhood development (currently deffered to spend more time working as the placements are very time consuming.) I’ve learnt patience and empathy through caring for kids, and the importance of being warm and understanding as at the end of the day, these are childrens minds and hearts I am helping to grow, which is an amazing thing to get to experience. I love outdoor sensory play, trips to the park or taking the baby for a walk in the pram, quiet time reading books, arts and craft as well as baking with the kids. I aim to foster a creative and fun space, but also a relationship where they can trust me and chat to me about whatever 😁 I‘m super clean and organised, and have no problem doing housework, cooking meals, cleaning up after play and have experience with school drops-offs/pick-ups. I am also happy to do the occasional live-in stay and have done many before. I currently nanny Mon-Thurs during the week with a couple families, but feel free to get in touch if youre looking for Friday or weekend help :) I am first aid/cpr trained, and have completed the early learning education and trainings Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations course. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for a child, and aim to prioritise that fully. I love working closly with parents to learn what parenting styles work for them, and how to implement any techniques into my time spent with the kiddos. Please feel free to get in touch if you have anymore questions regarding me and my experience, or if I seem a good fit for your family. I look forward to chatting with you :)

Hi, I am Opal. I graduated year 12 at Kingswood College last year. I am currently studying my dipolma for Makeup Artistry in cheltenham, which finishes at the end of July 2025. I am at school Mon-Thurs 10am-4pm, however my schools days do change around a lot and are quite flexible, with some days consistenting of online classes. My dream is to become a professional Bridal and Event Makeup Artist, but I do still have dreams of going to university. I deferred my place at Deakin University for 2025, but I will be starting my Bachelor of Psychological Science (majoring in Family and Children) in 2026. I come from a very big Macedonian family and am always around my younger cousins, playing games or watching movies. At family gatherings I am always spending time with my cousin’s children, she has a 3yo boy and the cutest 8mo girl. I love hanging out with them and doing activities rather than having them play games on the phone or watching tv. I also spend a lot of time with my grandparents, cooking meals for them, doing housework and helping with whatever they need. This has definitely made my patience grow immensly. I have a goldren retriever and a cat, so I am very happy with pets. I’ve also had rabbits and chickens as pets over the years. Throughout highschool I played soccer, footy, volleyball and dance, which I still all love, and love doing arts and craft.
