Hi, I am an early childhood educator (ECT) who has worked in the industry for 8 years. Currently I am the room leader of the 3 year old kinder room (3 years running) and before that I was the room leader of the babies room (for 5 years), all at the same centre. I work at a not-for-profit community run long day care centre in South Melbourne. Prior to that I nannied for 10 years whilst studying, one of which was a family overseas in London (2.5 years).
