Meet Alex: A nanny and babysitter in Box Hill South, VIC

Hi, I’m Alex! I am currently working towards becoming a registered nurse as I am completing my second year of nursing at university this year, where I hope to specialize in paediatrics or neonatal care. I am a kind, outgoing and trustworthy person who has a passion for looking after kids.

I am experienced in nannying and have looked after both boys and girls between the ages of 5-13 years old, but I would also love to look after kids that are younger. I have a 12-year-old brother who I have grown up looking after. I have also coached basketball at a local primary school for children in year 1 and 2.

I strive to provide children with a fun and enjoyable experience where we can learn and laugh together! In my current roles, I am responsible for picking the kids up from school, taking them to extracurricular activities, assisting them through the bath/shower, preparing snacks and light meals, observing homework and of course keeping them entertained through various activities.

I have my working with children’s check, police check as well as my own car and license. I enjoy being outdoors, all things fitness as well as cooking and spending time with friends and family.
