Hello! My name is Lucia Pegler, Iβm 18 years old and currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition Science (Scholars Program) at Monash University, with the goal of completing my Masters in Dietetics in the future βΊοΈ
I graduated from Melbourne Girls College with a 93 ATAR, where I studied from Years 7β12. I had such a positive experience there and loved meeting people from all different cultures and walks of life, which helped shape me into a friendly, caring and open-minded person.
Alongside my studies, I was an aerobic gymnast for five years and competed nationally for four consecutive years. I was also team captain for two years, which helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills from a young age. Aerobics taught me discipline, commitment, resilience and how to work well with others in both team and individual environments.
I have babysitting experience caring for both boys and girls aged 6β11, however I believe I am suitable for children of all ages! I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and creating a fun, safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable and cared for β€οΈ
My experience has included helping with homework, preparing meals and snacks, cooking, cleaning, tidying play areas and bedrooms, bedtime routines, school pick-ups, keeping children entertained with activities, and helping families with day to day organisation around the home. Iβm always happy to lend a hand wherever needed and pride myself on being responsible, patient and reliable.
Iβm a warm, trustworthy and easy-going person who communicates well with both children and parents. I love building positive relationships with families and bringing a calm, caring and positive energy into the home. I have my red provisional drivers license, a WWCC, and Iβm in the process of obtaining my first aid certificate βΊοΈ
