Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

My name is Abbey, I grew up in country NSW and currently work as a Registered Nurse. I am the oldest of three girls, and love have always had an interest in working with children. I have worked with premature and newborn babies in my role as a RUSON (Registered Undergraduate Student of Nursing). I have learnt different skills from this position and handled many tasks including bottles/feeding regimes, nappy changes and nap routines. My main family in which I have looked after were three girls aged from three, six and twelve. I looked after them occasionally in the morning where I would get them ready for school by helping them get dressed, make them breakfast, brush teeth and do the two younger girls hair, and the parents would take them to school. I mostly looked after them in the afternoon and Saturday mornings. In the afternoon, I would help them with their reading and other homework, make them dinner, participate in bath time and then get them ready for bed. I would also take them to the park if there was time. On Saturday mornings, I would mainly help the girls get ready for their weekend commitments. I would wake them up, make their breakfast, get them ready for ballet, netball etc. and ensure they had everything packed that was needed. I love to take children out and about, and create fun activities for them to do! From going to the park or zoo, to having a babychino at a cafe, baking something at home or painting and craft. I am excited to meet your family and the opportunity to become a part of your child/ren lives.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello parents, My name is Tracey, I'm vibrant, energetic and also calm and have a lifelong passion for working with children. From an early age, I discovered my love for caring for babies, toddlers, and young kids at 13 in my hometown of Castlemaine. In my 20s and 30's, I worked in childcare centres before transitioning into a career as a professional musician, alongside raising two wonderful sons who are now 28 and 20. Over the years, I’ve remained deeply involved in caregiving, helping raise my nieces, babysitting for families, and working in aged care as a diversional therapist and a disability support worker. For the past few years, I have been a regular carer for three children under the age of six, further strengthening my hands-on experience, I have also recently nannied and cared for a family with teenage children. I strive to create a nurturing, fun, and structured environment where children feel safe, supported, and engaged. I believe in the importance of routine, ensuring children are well-rested and happy. I love incorporating creativity and learning into daily activities, whether through reading, music, arts and crafts, puzzles, or imaginative play and love being silly! With my background in music, I enjoy singing lullabies, teaching songs, and use music as a calming tool. I also have a strong focus on health and well-being and love cooking, I come from an Italian background and it would probably be my speciality, however, I can mostly cook anything you require. Light household duties are absolutely fine, as I work best in a clean and organised space. I'm also an animal lover, nature lover and gardener. I would love to find a family where I feel welcome and can make a positive impact in your children’s lives. If you’re looking for a responsible, engaging, experienced mother and caring babysitter, I’d be delighted to chat further. Looking forward to meeting you and your little ones! Warm regards, Tracey
