I absolutely love working with kids, and my experience at Lyceum International School with pre-kindergarteners has only deepened that passion. There's something truly special about being around young children—their curiosity, energy, and the joy they bring to each day. It’s incredibly rewarding to help guide them through their early learning experiences and witness their growth. I genuinely enjoy creating a positive, nurturing environment where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Being around kids is something I deeply cherish, and it's a role I truly love.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families! My name is Crystal, and I’m a second year university student at Deakin University, studying the Bachelor of Biomedical Science. I plan to use this degree as a pathway into Medicine so that I can become a Child Psychiatrist. I'm looking for a nannying role for while I’m on my university break and for when I start the uni semester again (in early March). I have childcare experience through volunteering at a Church in the Children’s room for approx. 2 years. I've taken care of children of various ages (18 months - 12 years) and I've helped with snack preparation, cleaning duties, as well as have organised/been involved in fun activities (including crafts, face painting, etc.). I will also begin volunteering at a local Church in the Children’s room in February this year. Additionally, I have taken care of my 6-month old nephew while my older sister and her husband have worked. I’d provide care from 9:00am to 4:00pm when needed during the week. My day involved walks to the park, feeding solids & offering bottles, and playing around baby’s sleep schedule. My sister is also a well-loved nanny for 9+ years, and I take all of her tips and tricks of the trade on-board, and am very appreciative of it. With my calm and nurturing nature, I'm confident in creating a safe, loving, and enjoyable environment for the children in my care. I believe I am very mature with a positive attitude and am both enthusiastic and engaging. I consider myself super organised and am happy to help with light housekeeping tasks related to the children (when not caring for / entertaining the children). I have a First Aid Certificate, WWCC, Police Check, my driver’s licence (red P’s) and my own car. If you think I would be a good fit for your family, please reach out as I'd love to hear from you! Many thanks, Crystal

I was often responsible of keeping up to 48 kids safe myself and ensure they were having a good time as well.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Savannah! I’m a 21-year-old psychology student at the University of Melbourne, studying part-time. As the eldest daughter, granddaughter, and niece on both sides of my family, I’ve always felt naturally comfortable and confident working with children. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience through my roles as a dance teacher and babysitter. I’ve had the pleasure of teaching dance to children aged 2 to 16, where I’ve not only helped them develop their skills but also built strong, trusting relationships with them. In addition, I’ve spent several years babysitting for local families, which has further honed my ability to care for children and assist with various tasks, such as homework and daily routines. I am currently looking for a more permanent role in nannying or babysitting in 2025, where I can continue to support and engage with children in a meaningful way. I am first aid trained, hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), and am happy to obtain a police check upon request. I also have a driver’s license and am open to driving duties, although I do not have a car at this time. I am happy to assist with light housework and cooking, should that be required. And I am (of course!) open to sharing my love of dancing with your child if that piques their interest. Please reach out if you feel I'd be a good fit for you and your family.
