Meet Mila: A babysitter in Elsternwick, VIC

Hi I am Mila!! I am studying a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) Honours and a Bachelor of Arts at Monash Uni. I am currently working as a swim coach at the St Kilda Sea Baths. I teach tiny little babies to swim through a lot of singing, learn to swim classes aswell as adults and squads. I also coach netball at Wesley College. I have worked with professionally for 4 years now but have always been babysitting through my teen years. My experience has allowed me to bring empathy, patience and understanding to every situation I am in.

Outside of work and school I absolutely love to read, bake, spend time with my friends especially if it involves travelling to a beach down the Great Ocean Rd or the Peninsula, finding live music to listen to, playing heaps of sport including AFL, netball and swimming and travelling the world. I love to be busy and fill my days learning from others.

From the ages of 3-13 my family had either an au pair or a nanny. I understand the impact it can have when someone goes above and beyond to put some extra thought, time and care into helping a family.
