Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I have taken my company's redundancy program, ending my employment last July 2024. This is a big reset for me (knowing that my circumstance , now with an older daughter who is already independent)have changed. I have done my 5 months calming down, have few volunteer works in line, and still have a lot of energy at 52 years old to do more and be active. Although I have no professional baby-sitting experience in my resume, I have to say I love being around children, and am proud to have cared for my daughter , and have helped raised and cared for a niece and a nephew. I like doing my domestic chores (a household of 3) from cleaning, gardening, vacuuming, ironing/laundry, cooking, bedroom grooming, and will be comfortable doing these for a job, on top of caring for the baby/children as a priority, with care and respect. I have a very reliable car, have been driving for the last 25 years(with a clean record), and I have a current Working With Children Certificate (WWC) as a volunteer. IIf it helps with my application, I am willing to go for a baby sitting trial even without pay if it helps. I am up for an interview and suggested trial as i understand the importance of blending well with the dynamics of your family life style/work/domestic requirements. I hope to hear from your soon.

I’m a Bachelor qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. Not only am I a dedicated nanny, but I am also passionate about supporting children’s overall well-being, helping them thrive both emotionally and physically. In addition to my teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Director of a childcare center in Armadale for 4 years, overseeing up to 180 children a day. This role allowed me to gain invaluable experience in managing diverse needs, building strong relationships with both children and their families, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. My time in this position also gave me significant experience working with challenging behaviors, where I applied tailored strategies to support children and help them navigate their emotions in positive ways. I also run a children's wellbeing company (@balancedbubbs on Instagram), where I focus on nurturing emotional health and resilience. I offer a holistic approach to childcare by integrating wellness support into everyday routines, encouraging children to develop healthy habits that support their long-term well-being. As a qualified children’s yoga teacher, I bring a calming, mindful approach to my work. Through yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques, I help children build strength, balance, and emotional resilience. Whether it’s through movement, relaxation, or breathing, I create a positive and peaceful environment where children can feel supported, understood, and empowered. Additionally, I have studies in counseling, which allows me to approach each child’s needs with empathy, offering guidance on emotional and mental well-being in a thoughtful and caring manner. I also offer NDIS support work, providing tailored support to meet specific needs and goals, assisting families in accessing the support required to thrive! If you're looking for someone who can offer not only childcare but also wellness support, emotional guidance, and a mindful approach to living, I’d love to chat! My experience, especially with challenging behaviors, allows me to offer specialized care to children who may need additional support.

Hello, My name is Jessica, im 26 and from the UK. Before coming to Australia I worked in kindergarten back home. I worked there for 3 years. While working there I completed many safe guarding courses I also did my first aid course. I looked after children from the ages of 3 months up to 5 years before they left for school, however I have had lots of experience with children older than 5 as my brother is 10 years younger than me, and I have lots of nieces and nephews who are 5years + and they are all my best friends. I really miss working with children, it makes me so happy to see children grow and progress physically, emotionally and educationally. I’m fun, warm and friendly, and love to make the children laugh and be silly with them however I’m also very caring and patient so if they need a hug I’m always there, or if they need someone to talk to I’ll always be there for them. Hi there! My name is Weronika, and I'd love to be your nanny! I came to Australia to follow my dream of traveling. I've lived in Sydney, and Byron Bay, and now it’s time for Melbourne. I’m looking for casual nanny work – I work in a café and am available every day after 4:30 PM, sometimes even earlier. I love spending time with children because they teach us much about empathy, creativity, and adaptability. I’m responsible and careful, but I can also be a fun and creative playmate – happy to dance or sing with your little ones! I've always been the one taking care of my younger sister and cousins. I was nannying my friend's children but also did volunteer in kindergarten! I could provide references but from my home country - Poland. If you're looking for a nanny who will not only provide safety and care but also create amazing memories and encourage your children to explore the world around them, I’m the right person for you. I don’t have a WWCC at the moment, but I’m happy to get one if needed.
