Looking for: Casual Babysitting
Hi, my name is Maia. I am a Registered Nurse working at a large metropolitan hospital and hold a double degree in Nursing and Business Administration from ACU and I am currently studying my Post Grad at Latrobe.
I have been babysitting since 2014 and have extensive experience caring for children ranging from newborns through to 16 years of age. I have also cared for children with disabilities, which has strengthened my ability to provide patient, adaptable and individualised care.
In addition to my nursing background, I have extensive experience working with children through netball coaching and school sport programs. These roles have strengthened my communication, leadership and management skills, while reinforcing the importance of creating positive, engaging and supportive environments for children.
I am a reliable, responsible and caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine passion for working with children. My professional healthcare experience, combined with over a decade of childcare experience, allows me to provide families with a safe, nurturing and dependable level of care.
I am currently available for casual babysitting, with increased availability over the coming weeks through to the end of July. I am fully vaccinated, hold a current Working With Children Check, and would be happy to provide references or answer any questions.
I look forward to hearing from you.
