Looking for: Full-time,Part-time

Hi Parents! I’m a 31-year-old professional nanny based in St Kilda, where I share my home with three Australian budgies. Coming from a large family, I’m lucky to have five nieces and two nephews who keep things fun and lively! What started as casual babysitting sparked a deep passion for childhood development and supporting families in creating balanced, efficient households. This passion has led me to a rewarding career as a nanny. With eight years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children ranging from 9 months to 16 years old. My first professional role involved working 30 hours a week with two wonderful girls, aged 3 and 6. My responsibilities included all transportation to and from school and after-school activities, assisting with homework, and providing engaging entertainment through arts and crafts, dance classes, and other fun activities. I also prepared dinner (I love to cook!), managed bath and bedtime routines, and handled light household duties like laundry and home organisation. I helped with errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office duties and taking their dog for walks. I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of families throughout my career. One of my roles involved caring for three older children— a 9-year-old girl, an 11-year-old boy, and a 13-year-old boy. My responsibilities included providing safe transportation to and from after-school activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring they had everything they needed for the next day’s activities. I also prepared lunch boxes, cooked delicious meals and maintained a fun and engaging environment for the kids with baking and various board games. In addition to my nannying experience, I’ve worked as a chaperone for Kidz On Set, ensuring the safety and well-being of children on set and backstage during productions. I was also a dance coach at Haileybury College, teaching students from Prep through to Year 10. I currently hold a valid Working With Children Check, Police Check, full driver’s licence, my own car, and First Aid certification, including CPR. I’m also particularly fond of dogs and cats! Earlier in my career, I spent two years working with two ambitious boys, aged 9 months and 3 years. This experience helped me develop my skills in infant care, ensuring their happiness and health while providing a nurturing and structured environment. My duties included managing household cleanliness, laundry, cooking balanced meals, maintaining nap and bedtime routines, and organising outings to libraries and parks. I also created sensory and developmental activities to promote their emotional and cognitive development. Currently, I’m working with a 5yo boy and 13mo girl with hours reducing this year. Ideally, I’d love to find a role with a long-term commitment. I believe it’s important for children to have a reliable, committed nanny who can adapt to a family’s needs and I’m excited for the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new family. Thank you 😊 Paris

Hello there! I'm from Mexico and I've been in Australia for 8 years, I have a long history working with children. Back home I worked as a kindergarten teacher and worked in this capacity for 3 years back then, also, when I was much younger sometimes I looked after my nieces. I have a lot of experience working with children in Melbourne. My experience as a nanny: -Family in South Yarra for about 2 years with 2 girls (1yo and 3yo when I started). -Family in Armadale for 2 years, with twins (boy and girl) (2.5yo when I started). -Family in Armadale with 3 kids (7yo, 6yo and 3yo) for 6 months before they moved overseas (with this family I had a nanny role plus housekeeper role, I organised pretty much everything in their house and lives, including breakfast and dinner). -Family in Northcote, for 1 year, with 2 boys (2yo and 5yo when I started). -Family in Northcote for 5 months (7yo and 11yo) -Family in Yarraville for 2 months while their nanny came back from holidays (6 months old baby) My references are quite strong and also I've done lots of casual babysitting. I've done housekeeping and cleaning too, and I'm more that happy to get a role that involves that if necessary. I'm a confident driver and I have a full Australian licence, I drove a lot with my last 3 families. I'm a very patient, positive and affectionate person, I love dancing, camping, reading, meditation, travelling and hiking, and I love being around kids. I also love being around animals (in case you have pets, I'm happy to walk them/feed them), I keep myself very active and healthy and I always try to help kids learning new thing 😊 including some Spanish. Looking forward to hearing from you!!

I'm a warm, reliable carer based in Melbourne with hands-on paid experience supporting school-age children and teenagers. I genuinely enjoy this stage of childhood - the curiosity, the big conversations, and the opportunity to be a steady, encouraging presence in a young person's day. I'm patient, attentive, and adaptable, and I take the time to build real trust with both children and families. Whether it's school pick-ups, homework support, after-school activities, or simply being someone kids feel comfortable around, I show up with care and consistency. I'd love to find a family where I can make a meaningful difference.
