Hey families! I’m a primary school teacher currently working full time but looking for extra work in the evenings/ on weekends/ holidays. Ideally I would love to build a bond with a family and have regular casual shifts with them. Before getting into full time teaching, I previously nannied for over 10 years with multiple families, with kids ranging from 12 months-15 years old. My first part time job was working at The Tiny Chef, a children's cooking party venue with kids aged 2-13, so I have plenty of experience being around kids in all settings! I also love being active and playing netball, and am currently coaching two senior teams for Melbourne University. I have previously coached junior sides as well as Net-Set-Go. The experience was great. I used to wake the children, have breakfast together, help them dress, take them to the Garden or help them with their homework when they were studying virtually or sometimes, we did activities and games for a pleasant and fun time with the children, however, these Activities varied depending on the child he was with as he adapted the activities according to their ages. Besides the experience in babysitting, I also love listening to music when I have free time, watching movies or series, traveling and learning about other cultures and ways of life, meeting new people, talking and sharing experiences, going out with friends or preparing lunch or dinner with my family or with my friends too, I love doing sports and especially cycling. In addition to this, I am a vegetarian and I love to try and learn to prepare vegetarian recipes, one of my favorite foods is Neapolitan Pizza and I am very entertaining teaching children to prepare fun desserts and smoothies.
