Location - Baldivis My nanny has embarked on a new journey and im looking for an amazing replacement to help me with school drop off and pickups for my 3 kiddos. (13,9&5)

Additional info:
Mornings will mostly just be driving them to school (in Mandurah) and walking my youngest to her pre-primary class.

Afternoons will be picking them up from school and driving them home. The older two are self sufficient so will make their snack, unpack bags and do homework etc. So would just be entertaining my youngest until im home.

Hours: Approx. 10 hours per week to start
(Approx 2:30 to 6:30 - Wednesday, Thursday + alternating Mondays required, with potential for more hours over time)

About our family:
We’re a busy, professional family with two young children (aged 1 and 3), looking for an experienced Household Manager / Nanny to support our home and afternoon routine.

We’re hoping to find someone who enjoys creating a calm, organised environment and is looking for a long-term role with a family they can grow with.

The role includes:
• Daycare pick-up and managing the afternoon routine (set days)
• Laundry (folding, putting away)
• Keeping the home organised and running smoothly
• Grocery ordering and household restocking (Woolworths etc.)
• Running errands (post office, returns, etc.)
• Meal planning and preparing a simple family meal on working days

Please note: No heavy cleaning required — we have a regular cleaner.

About you:
• Experience in a similar household manager, nanny, or family assistant role
• Proactive, organised, and able to take initiative
• Warm, reliable, and great with young children
• Comfortable managing both household tasks and light childcare

Requirements:
• Driver’s licence
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Strong references

Pay: $30–40+ per hour, depending on experience

My husband and I are both working professionals. We have 2 boys turning 4 and 6 this year, both can easily communicate their needs, and independent for their age. They are well with no allergies or medical issues, and have good reports from school. We need some help on Mondays and Saturdays, roughly 20 hours per week, including help driving them to various after school activities. Locations are usually within 5km drive from our house. A car and car seats can be provided when driving the kids. We are looking for someone who is willing to do housework (prep healthy meals, laundry, general tidy up) while the boys are in school. We have a regular cleaner so that is covered already. We do not allow smoking and ask you to put phones / screens away while driving and looking after the kids. You are welcome to use them once they are at school or if supervising them at extracurriculars. We have had 2 nannies in the past, both became like part of our extended family. Our first worked with us for over 2 years before she started her own family. Our second has worked with us over 3 years and is planning to move interstate in September. Looking for a permanent help every day for after school care to evening with a possibility of a full day or 2 days or work during down the track if everything works well.

This is for the car of 3 children aged 2,5yo, 4yo and 8yo.

Help with dinners and baths would be required.

As this involves picking up children from their relevant school, you will need to have a car.

We are happy to pay a better rate if we found the perfect fit, that is a calm and lovely person to have around children.

French speaking will be a big bonus for us as the children are bilingual.
