Looking for help- days and rates neg for the right

Hello, I am looking for someone to come and help our family 4 afternoons per week for now, from say 3pm-7pm and extra for events.

We have 4 kids, 10 weeks, 4 years, 6 years and 10 years. Our 6 yesr old daughter has extra needs and requires more time and care

We are a relaxed family who runs a business so we really struggle to get everything done.

I'd love help with meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry and errands. 3 of the children are at different schools so i need help to get them all home on time.

I am home or very close most of the hours a carer would be working.

We have a friendly dog and some birds.

Our family love to spend time outdoors, and often in the pool.

NDIS worker check or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
