Hello.
We are looking for an experienced nanny/housekeeper who is hard working, efficient, fun, outgoing, responsible and trustworthy. The role needs someone experienced and looking for something long term.
The childrens ages are 6 and 15, and we are looking for someone who is patient and kind, tertiary qualified, well spoken and reliable. You’ll be required to assist around the house (lots of stairs!) do all weekly family meal prep, all laundry (folding and organising/ colour code / Marie Kondo neat and tidy!), school holiday play and activity planning.
There will be time where you’re managing trade and household repairs (must show initiative), light cleaning, errands and help with maintenance.
The candidate must be experienced with children and able to extend and nurture the interests of the children - providing appropriate discussions/ educational opportunities, provide plenty of opportunities for fun and play, have experience with crafts and creative play, plus assist with projects and homework.
Please only apply if you have good english, and are someone who is naturally able to teach and guide. You will need to set a good example by being a positive role model (good health and nutrition), teach the kids good manners through example, social etiquette, good hygiene, help with routine and also assist with social / family / sibling dynamics.
For the housekeeper component which is a huge part of the role, we need the below:
Experience in private housekeeping
A very strong eye for detail
Extremely detail oriented with strong organisational skills
Police Check essential
