Casual ongoing babysitter for 5-month-old baby

Hi! We are looking for a lovely, reliable babysitter for our nearly 5-month-old daughter, Eloise.

We’d love to find someone who can build an ongoing relationship with Eloise so she gets to know you and feels comfortable in your care as she gets older.

Babysitting will mainly be evenings and weekends, as I’m home with Eloise during the week. We’d start with a couple of hours and gradually build up to longer shifts, with plenty of notice wherever possible.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with young babies, including bottles and solids, bathing and bedtime. Nursing, midwifery, mothercraft or other medical experience with babies would be preferred, given Eloise’s age, although strong infant childcare experience is also welcome.
