Babysitter - South Yarra

We are a friendly professional family in South Yarra looking for a reliable and proactive babysitter to help with our two children (aged 8 and 10) on weekday afternoons.

Hours are approximately 1pm – 7pm Monday–Friday. The children finish school at 3:30pm, so the early part of the shift involves walking our golden retriever and helping with light household organisation before school pick-up.

The role includes:

• School pick-up (very short walk from our house) and after-school care

• Taking our son to tennis (walking distance from our house).

• Taking our daughter to netball.

• Preparing the kids' dinner

• Helping with homework

• Playing with the kids and supervising showers/pyjamas

• Walking our friendly golden retriever

• Light household and home-admin tasks to help keep things running smoothly (e.g. dishwasher, kids’ laundry, simple meal prep, grocery runs etc)

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organised, and able to take initiative around the house while also being great with kids.

$35/hr
