We’re a warm, busy family in Connells Point looking for a caring and reliable nanny to join us for the long term. If you love working with young children and being a valued part of a family home, we’d love to hear from you.
Days: Thursdays (with Tuesdays coming soon)
Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: May 2026
Location: Connells Point (easy street parking)
Growth potential: Additional hours available within 6 weeks
About Us
We have twin boys in kindy and a newborn baby girl. Mum is returning to work, so you’ll be the primary carer for our daughter during the day. Dad handles all school drop-offs and pick-ups for the boys, so your focus will be entirely on our newborn and keeping the home running.
We’re looking for someone positive, calm, and warm-hearted who can provide a nurturing and engaging environment for our daughter while mum is at work.
Responsibilities
• Primary daytime care of our newborn — feeding, settling, and keeping her stimulated and engaged throughout the day
• Light household duties including laundry, folding, changing sheets, tidying bedrooms, packing away clothes, and keeping common areas tidy
Requirements
• Current Working With Children Check (WWC) — mandatory
• Hands-on experience with newborns
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
• Driver’s licence (preferred)
• References from previous families
