Help with newborn baby

My husband and I are about to welcome a baby boy, and we're looking for someone to help us so we have time to sleep. We are very flexible in terms of timing - we just want someone reliable, and some additional help. For the first few months - it is unlikely that you would be left alone with the baby, as either myself, my husband or MIL would be present too. We are currently based in Windsor, but will switch to Caulfield in a few months.

Ideally we are looking for someone with extensive experience with newborns, and a qualification either in health care or childcare. First aid, willingness to help with cleaning, and a driver's licence are all nice to have.

A recent TDAP vaccine(or willingness to get one) is non-negotiable, as is a non-smoker.
