Our family is seeking a responsible, nurturing, and supportive babysitter to care for our 7-year-old child and 1 year old baby girl
This role involves an AM shift for before school care, one day time shift to care for the baby after the older chios toes to school and 1 in 4 Saturdays
Before-school shifts will include:
• Packing the 7-year-old’s lunchbox and school bag
• Assisting with toileting, tooth brushing
• Helping the 7-year-old get dressed and ready for school
• Babysitting the baby while I drop the 7yo to school
• Light housework eg: unstack dishwasher, vacuum, kids laundry, tidy up kids toys
Our 7-year-old has a mild physical disability and epilepsy and requires supervision for self care tasks and play. She has no behavioural issues and is a very happy, delightful child who is highly engaged and loves to play.
Shift times:
Monday: 7.15 - 1.30pm
Thursday: 7.15 - 8.45am
I need one long morning and one short morning filled in either combination.
Saturday 1 in 4 only for the week starting 1 August
4h shift either morning or afternoon
Requirements:
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check
• First aid certificate
• Experience with babies and school-aged children essential
We are looking for someone kind, reliable, and confident who will become a trusted part of our family.
We have a very friendly indoor cat as well.
