Warm private family in Paddington seeking an experienced **Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper** to support a very hands-on mother as we welcome our second baby in August. This is **not a sole-charge nanny role, we have someone in support for our daughter, but will need care for her when required. Mainly a hybrid support position combining childcare assistance, engaging toddler activities, errands, light child-related household support and helping maintain smooth family routines.

Seeking someone nurturing, proactive, organised, positive, comfortable driving and experienced with infants/toddlers. Approx. 4 days per week with flexibility, occasional evening support, weekends off, and potential live-in option. Long-term role for the right person. Please reach out if aligned.
