Daycare gives him the group, the noise, the social energy. Your two days are the counterpoint - slower, deeper, one-on-one. Both matter. They just do different things.

We're not looking for someone to get through the day with him.

We're looking for someone who drives it.

📅 Every Wednesday & Thursday

⏰ 8:30am - 4:30pm

💰 $40 per hour

📍 Eastwood - 15 min from station, parking on-site

🗓 12+ month commitment preferred

The day includes intentional play, outdoor time, Leo's meals, and one nap (~90 min) - yours to recharge and do a light tidy.

✅ ᴡʜᴀᴛ ᴡᴇ ɴᴇᴇᴅ

✔ Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education

✔ Proven experience with toddlers aged 18 months - 3 years

✔ Valid WWCC + National Police Check

✔ Strong references from long-term, similar roles

✔ Able to commit to 12+ months
