Daytime Nanny

We’re a young family based in Oakleigh, we're looking for a warm, friendly nanny/babysitter to support us with our active little one year old boy!

This role is primarily daytime support, with a mix of me being at home and occasionally stepping out for a few hours.

About the Role

- Flexible daytime care during the week, sometimes working alongside me at home, sometimes independently

- Must be available from 7am

- Prepping his healthy nutritious meals and supporting baby led feeding

- Cleaning and tidying his meals area and resetting toys when he naps

- Managing a nap and sleep routines

- Lots of engaged, developmental play! he is so curious, he loves to climb and explore so you must br prepared to be active and letting him explore in the house and lots of outside play

What’s Really Important to Us

We’re looking for someone who loves babies and toddlers who can actively support developmental play – age-appropriate activities that support learning, movement, and engagement

About You

- Some experience ideally

- Proactive, engaging, friendly and genuinely enjoys developmental play

- Happy, calm, patient, and intuitive

- Confident managing routines (feeding + sleep)

- Reliable and easy to communicate with first Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)

Our boy is a super smiley and friendly. Hes chatty, he loves people, climbing, music and play time - he is super curious and loves all sorts of interaction. He is also a good little independent player as well. He is on the verge of walking so you might just witness this huge milestone with us!
