Meet Madi: A nanny and babysitter in Box Hill, NSW

Hi, I'm Madi!

I am a mature, responsible 17 year old currently completing high school.

I have babysitting experience:

• With multiple different families

• A family with an energetic 3 and 5 year old

• A family with a neurodivergent 7 year old and 3 year old

• A family with a 11 month old and a 2 year old

• I have been a travel nanny/carer

• I have worked with kiddos who have level 2 autism and ADHD.

• I have completed work experience in childcare centre rooms with children as young as 5 months

I was invited and trusted to travel interstate with a family to help care for their children which gave me valuable experience supporting parents and kids in a new environment, keeping routines running smoothly, and helping make their trip easier and more enjoyable!

Throughout year 10, I completed a Child Studies elective and am passionate about early childhood development and care. I am undertaking a two-year Child Studies TAFE course as part of my year 11 and 12 studies. Upon completion of this course I will have gained a Certificate lll in Early Childhood Education and Care.

I have my Food Handling certificate and my Child Safety Training certificate. (I am able to provide physical and/or digital copies)

I do not yet have my WWCC but am planning on getting it as soon as I turn 18 (april 2027)

I am available for babysitting

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - from 3:30pm//4:00 (depends on distance)

• Wednesday - from 1:00//1:30 (depends on distance

• Saturday, Sunday - flexibile

• School holidays - flexible
