Meet Lilly: A nanny and babysitter in Brighton, VIC

Hi, my name is Lilly I'm 23 years old. Since beginning my studies at Monash University for a Bachelor Business (Financial Banking and Accounting) alongside a Bachelor of Education (Primary School), I have discovered a genuine passion and love for supporting and educating children.

I am a warm, compassionate, and dedicated individual who takes great joy in being part of a loving family dynamic and assisting with various tasks to create a stress-free and harmonious home environment. I firmly believe in the power of positive interactions and activities that foster growth and learning in children.

With over 6 years of experience as a nanny and babysitter, I have had the privilege of caring for children across a wide age range, from as young as 2 months to 14 years old. In addition, I have been entrusted with the care of my own family's newborn babies, which has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I take pride in nurturing children's development, witnessing their unique personalities blossom, and fostering their creativity and curiosity.

During my various primary school placements, I actively engaged in gaining extensive knowledge and understanding of effective teaching techniques. I firmly believe that this knowledge would greatly benefit your child in receiving any educational support they may require. My goal is to create a safe, educational, and supportive environment where children feel empowered to express themselves positively, leading to a deep sense of well-being and achievement. Furthermore, I have dedicated myself to tutoring both children and adults who face educational challenges due to difficult circumstances or various intellectual and/or physical disabilities, providing them with opportunities for growth and learning.

Beyond my commitment to childcare, I find immense joy in exploring the natural wonders of the Dandenong Ranges. Spending time in nature parks and immersing myself in the beauty of waterfalls rejuvenates my spirit and allows me to appreciate the world around us. Additionally, I have nurtured a deep passion for musicals since my early primary school days, and I continue to indulge in this interest by attending new productions regularly. This passion not only brings me joy but also fuels my creativity and enriches my interactions with children through storytelling and imaginative play.
