Meet Sienna: A nanny and babysitter in Balwyn, VIC

Hi, my name is Sienna. I grew up in Melbourne and have recently finished high school. I am currently studying nursing, in hope of carrying that on further into paediatrics and cosmetic nursing, which reflects my caring nature and passion for looking after others. I come from a close family and have always enjoyed helping care for younger children, which is what first sparked my interest in babysitting/nannying.

I have over 4 years of babysitting experience working with children of a range of ages, from as young as 6 months old through to primary school age. Through caring for babies and toddlers, I have gained experience with tasks such as changing nappies, settling children for naps and bedtime, preparing simple meals, light housework and keeping children safe and engaged throughout the day.

I have worked regularly with one family with four children aged 6 months, 4, 6, and 8 years, caring for them over several years as they grew older. I have also been working consistently with another family with two children aged 2 and 4 for the past two years. In these roles, I have supported daily routines, organised activities, helped with homework, and created a fun, positive environment for the children.

I love keeping children active and entertained through activities such as reading, outdoor play, trips to the park, and creative games. I enjoy building strong relationships with children and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy in my care.
