Hi! My name is Mica, and I have always loved caring for children. Originally from Argentina, I have been living in Australia for over eight years. As the oldest of three siblings, I developed a strong sense of responsibility early on and enjoy creating a warm and engaging environment for kids.

I am an outgoing, fun, and friendly person who finds joy in being around children. I love seeing the world through their eyes, listening to their stories, and playing alongside them. Every child is unique, and I enjoy nurturing their curiosity, creativity, and growth.

I am transitioning from a career in hospitality to childcare, following my true passion for working with children. My experience in customer service has strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to multitask—skills that help me provide attentive and loving care.
