Hi, my name is Mahena. I'm a warm, responsible, and experienced babysitter, as well as the proud mum of a wonderful 4-year-old daughter.

I hold a Master's degree in Educational Science and Psychology and have more than 11 years of professional experience working with children in both a boarding school and kindergarten setting. Throughout my career, I have supported the learning, wellbeing, and development of more than 300 children and young people, helping them feel safe, confident, supported, and nurtured.

My education and professional experience have given me a strong understanding of child development, children's individual needs, positive behaviour guidance, and age-appropriate learning and play. As a mother myself, I also understand the importance of creating a caring, patient, and dependable environment where children feel comfortable and secure.

I am reliable, proactive, organised, empathetic, and creative. I genuinely enjoy engaging with children through play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, reading, and supporting their daily routines. My goal is always to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment while giving parents peace of mind that their child is in capable and caring hands.
