Meet Charis: A babysitter in Macquarie University, NSW

Hi I am Charis! I am an exchange student from the UK who is looking for some casual work. I have extensive experience working with children of all ages from working at a Primary School (ages 4-11) and over 6 years of professional swim teaching of children ages 4-16yrs. I have UK and USA qualifications in Emergency First Aid from my jobs as a lifeguard. I have completed several months working at a children’s summer camp looking after and teaching children from 6-18yrs and making and setting morning and evening routines etc. I have also spent several months volunteering to teach primary aged children to read and write English. Although I do not yet have a Working with Children Check in this country I have police/DBS checks from both the UK and the USA which I can provide copies of. I enjoy working with a variety of different children including those with SEN or those with language barriers. I would love to hear from you!
