Looking for: Casual Babysitting
Hi! I’m a teacher from England who moved to Australia at the end of August. I currently work as a Casual Relief Teacher (CRT) in both primary and secondary schools, teaching Physical Education and Health. I was also a PE and Health teacher back home in England.
I’ve always really enjoyed working with children and have plenty of experience outside of teaching too. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as a holiday camp leader and sports coach with primary school-aged children, as well as a swimming teacher. I love being active, getting children involved in fun activities and making sure they feel happy, comfortable and safe.
I’m looking for casual babysitting work during the school holidays, and I’m also available for occasional evening babysitting during school terms if needed. I’m friendly, patient, reliable and responsible, and I’m very comfortable looking after children of different ages. I understand the importance of being someone parents can trust, and I always aim to create a fun but safe environment for the children I’m caring for.
I have a current Police Check and Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, and I’m happy to provide these upon request. I also have my own car and a clean driving licence, so I’m able to help with school or activity drop-offs and pick-ups if needed.
