Meet Shenali: A babysitter in Caulfield North, VIC

I have plenty of hands-on exposure to caring for children. I’ve babysat my nieces and nephews and assisted my mother, who is a full-time KidStart educator, in caring for children at home. Growing up in this environment has given me valuable insights into understanding and engaging with kids.

In addition, I volunteered with an after-school programme at a kindergarten in Auckland, New Zealand, from 2022 to 2023, which further strengthened my ability to connect with children and support their needs.

I’m great with kids and approach childcare with empathy and compassion, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and happy under my care.
