Meet Elysia: A nanny and babysitter in Brunswick East, VIC

Hello! I'm a 26-year-old originally from the UK, now calling Brunswick home. I have been working in the creative education sector for over six years now, following a career as a learning specialist working in London’s three best Children’s Theatres. I am also an experienced drama practitioner that delivered weekly After School Club activities in schools across the UK. I designed sessions using imaginative play, games and stories to develop communication and social skills, build confidence and encourage self-expression.

I am an energetic and caring individual with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people's learning and development. I also have a growing track record of working with neurodiverse and disabled children, embracing all aspects of inclusivity and diversity. I pride myself in being highly organised whilst still ensuring a warm and creative environment.

As for my lifestyle, I am currently working casually so I have a lot of flexibility, allowing me to give your children and young people the attention and care they deserve. I have been working in hospitality since arriving in Melbourne but would love to get back to working with children and young people.
