Meet Andréa: A nanny in Melbourne, VIC

I am a warm, caring and responsible person who genuinely enjoys being around children and being part of family life. I have several years of childcare experience, both professionally and through babysitting during my studies. I also come from a big family and have always been the “responsible aunt” and the one looking after my younger cousins!

In France, I worked for Esprit de Famille as a nanny for six months, caring for four children, including twins aged 2, as well as children aged 5 and 7. My responsibilities included picking them up from kindergarten and school, preparing meals, helping with homework, bath time, playing and making sure everyone felt safe, cared for and listened to.

I really enjoy creating a positive and playful environment for children while also providing structure and reliability. I am attentive to their individual personalities and needs, and I love sharing everyday moments with them.

I am coming to Australia in November 2026 on a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a welcoming family with whom I can share everyday life and be a reliable and caring presence for their children. I am excited to discover Australia while also becoming part of a family, helping with the practical side of family life and creating a genuine connection with the children I look after.

I am flexible, independent and used to adapting to different family routines. I would love to find a family where we can build a relationship based on trust, communication and mutual respect.
