Meet Abbie: A nanny and babysitter in Elwood, VIC

Hi! My name is Abbie. I would consider myself a friendly, caring and responsible person. I have always loved working with and caring for children. I'm 19 years old and currently in my second year of a Bachelor of Midwifery at ACU. I completed my VCE at St Michael's Grammar School in 2024.

I have experience caring for children across a wide range of ages, from newborns through to 12 years old, and I'm comfortable adapting to the different routines and needs each child may need. Through my midwifery studies, I have developed a particular interest in newborn and infant care, as well as a strong understanding of children's wellbeing, safety and development. I also come from a family with two siblings, so i'm very comfortable with the everyday responsiblites that come with caring for children like keeping them entertained, helping with routines, preparing meals, getting ready for bed and making sure they feel safe and comfortable.
