Meet Gabrielle: A nanny in Cammeray, NSW

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

I am a warm, compassionate, reliable and fun-loving Nanny, Mother’s Helper and Caregiver with over 20 years of hands-on child-rearing experience, having raised my own beautiful daughter from birth through to young adulthood, together with more than five years of professional nanny experience supporting wonderful families both here in Sydney and internationally.

I have cared for children across all stages of development, from newborns and infants through to active toddlers, preschoolers and primary school-aged children. My experience within both Australian and international households has made me highly adaptable, culturally aware and very comfortable working within families of diverse backgrounds, values and routines.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to integrate naturally into a family’s home environment, quickly building trust with both children and parents while supporting existing routines, household dynamics and parenting styles.

I love creating engaging, age-appropriate experiences that encourage learning, creativity, confidence and fun. Some of the activities I enjoy sharing with children include arts and crafts, reading, music, singing, dancing, outdoor adventures, playgrounds, walks, swimming, bike riding, sports, baking healthy treats, visits to the zoo, museums, theatre, beaches and local activities.

I am also an animal lover and very comfortable around family pets.

Families often describe me as nurturing, dependable, energetic, patient and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of the children in my care. My goal is always to provide a safe, supportive and positive environment where children feel valued, encouraged and happy.
