Meet Grace: A nanny and babysitter in Chatswood, NSW

Hi there!

My name is Grace and I am 27 years old. I’ve been an OOSH educator (and still am) for 5+ years and have experience looking after over 250+ children aged 4-13. I’ve loved interacting with children in this job and am looking to find some more opportunities to do so on. I currently coach at a rock climbing gym and work at the after school care so my availabilities are limited to Wednesday from 5pm and Sundays for 3-4hrs either in the morning or afternoon (negotiable).

At my last babysitting family, I looked after 6-year-old twin girls and occasionally their 9 yr old brother, who were an absolute pleasure. I helped them with weekly homework, read to them, did art projects and even took them to do some rock climbing. Unfortunately they moved overseas so I am on the hunt for any new opportunities. I am interested in working with POC families due to my own background, so if that sounds like you, please reach out!

I also have 2 years experience as a bouldering/rock climbing coach and can speak basic mandarin.

Last year I quit my corporate job in marketing to find my passions, one of them being to look after children.

I have my WWCC, First Aid and Police check all up to date. I also have a car and am on my full license.

In my spare time, I enjoy being creative, rock climbing and am learning to cook chinese food. I love cats so if you have one that is a bonus!
