Meet Angie: A nanny and babysitter in Malabar, NSW

Hello families,

I’m a warm, responsible, and experienced educator with over twelve years of experience working with children and young learners. I am currently completing my Master of Teaching (Early Childhood and Primary), and I bring both professional training and real classroom experience into the home environment.

Over the past three years in Sydney, I’ve been teaching English to international students, supporting literacy, communication, and confidence development. This experience has strengthened my ability to adapt to different personalities, learning styles, and individual needs.

I believe children thrive in environments where they feel safe, valued, and genuinely heard. I combine structure with creativity — whether that’s supporting homework, engaging in imaginative play, reading together, or encouraging independence through everyday routines.

As a bilingual Spanish–English speaker, I’m also happy to gently introduce your child to a second language through songs, games, and natural conversation.

I’m based in Eastern Sydney and available in the afternoons and evenings (I study in the mornings). I am reliable, empathetic, and committed to being a consistent, positive, and nurturing presence in your child’s life.
