Meet Karlene: A nanny and babysitter in Prahran, VIC

I’m a 28 year old full-time nursing student living in Prahran with my partner and puppy. I babysit on Tuesdays for a wonderful family with a 6 year old son, 2 year old daughter and puppy, and am now looking for additional roles!

My childcare experience includes:

🍀 An assistant educator at a childcare centre for infants and toddlers

🍀 A private nanny for a family of 6 (children ages 7, 6, 4, 2)

🍀 The on-call childcare for my 3 incredible nieces (now aged 8, 6, 1) since birth

🍀 Occasional recent babysitting through this website

I’m happy to help with playtime, homework, meals, bedtime routines, and anything else that pops up. I’m also happy to help with light housework. At the end of the day, I want to make your life easier. My goal is to provide families with someone they can trust and children with someone they’ll enjoy spending time with.

Due to my full time studies I am only available outside the Mon-Fri hours of 7am-5pm, but I’m very happy to help with any babysitting/nanny roles that fall inside these hours (evenings/weekends/overnight).
