Meet Isabella: A nanny in East Melbourne, VIC

Hi, I'm Isabella! I'm a 21-year-old university student studying the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Melbourne. Originally from Swan Hill, a small town on the Murray River, I moved to Melbourne in 2023 and have absolutely loved everything the city has to offer. After two wonderful years at college, I recently moved into a sharehouse with friends.

I come from a big family with two younger brothers and cousins as young as a year old. Growing up around young cousins, I was often trusted to look after them on my own, handling everything from nappy changes and feeding to managing nap times. Thanks to my nannying experience over the past couple of years, I’m also very comfortable caring for school-aged children.

Since 2023, I’ve been nannying for two wonderful boys, aged 6 and 11. My role includes school pick-ups, cooking dinner and getting them ready for bed. I also help with homework and take care of light household tasks like unpacking the dishwasher and tidying the kitchen. Watching them grow has been such a rewarding experience!
