Meet María Lucía: A nanny and babysitter in Brunswick West, VIC

Hi! I'm a 22 year old student with more than five years of experience with children between -1-10 years old, I'm fun, reliable and caring, I'm from Colombia, I'm currently studying Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, I also have a degree in physical therapy so I have knowledge in early childhood development and activities appropriate for any age and need, I am good at managing household tasks and i'm great with cooking too, I like to promote cultural exchange, I have Knowledge of first aid and CPR.

Relevant childcare experience:

-2024: I've been babysitting a 10 months old boy for almost 3 months now. Duties include: Prepare meals and feed the baby, change nappies, tidy up the room after activities.

-2023: I babysat an incredible 2-year-old girl for six month.

-2022: During my university internship I had to take care of children of all ages and health conditions in a hospital, and I was also helping children with their learning process in a school.

-2017-2023: Since high school and during my university holidays I took care of my cousins (from 1 to 10 years old).
